1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, your item must:

Items that are damaged due to customer handling or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.

Items damaged by improper use or installation
3. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Return Process
To start a return:

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and return instructions.

Ship the item back using the address and steps provided by our support team.
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect products.

8. Order Cancellations
